We are currently looking to hire several positions to join the Security Department team with The Towers of Key Biscayne. The ideal candidates must possess strong communication, telephone, and customer service skills. Detailed-oriented and able to multitask. Meets and greets residents; controlling access to building, lobby duties such as reporting and handling cover concerns, and enforcing the rules and regulations.
Starting Pay Rate: Full-Time $17.00 an hour. Includes full benefits after probation period.
Schedule: Various eight hours shifts available. Department is open seven days a week, twenty-four hours.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
Charismatic and excellent customer service skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. The ability to read, write, and speak the English language is a must. Must have reliable means of transportation. Have a clean criminal background and drug-free. Position requires some weekend and Holidays hours.
